Erin represents corporate clients and individuals in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters including claims of breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, aiding and abetting, fraudulent transfer, and negligence. She analyzes the most efficient and effective way of achieving her clients’ unique priorities and takes care to understand the complexities of individual disputes and business models. Erin is an eighth generation Texan whose ancestors fought at the Battles of Gonzales, Goliad, and the Alamo, among others. True to her deep roots in Texas history, Erin is a fierce and persistent advocate for her clients.

After graduating law school, Erin received her Master of Laws degree in Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston Law Center, a top ranked program by U.S. News & World Report. Erin previously worked as a litigation analyst for a forensic accounting firm, as a judicial intern to the Honorable Rose Vela at the Texas Thirteenth Court of Appeals, as the Programs Director for the Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources Center, and prior to attending law school as a paralegal.
