



Ross represents corporate and individual clients in complex commercial cases involving breach of contract claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud claims, construction defect claims, trade secret claims, non-compete issues, insurance claims, municipal utilities issues, and securities claims, among others. He is instrumental in the preparation of presuit materials, pleadings, motions, discovery materials, correspondence, and other materials for cases filed in the State and Federal District Courts in Texas and elsewhere in the United States, as well as for arbitrations and disputes initiated under or otherwise relating to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Prior to joining BOWS, Ross served as an analyst for a Houston-based consulting company that provides forensic accounting, economic damages analysis, business valuation, and expert witness services for civil litigants. In that role, Ross was involved in preparing financial models, conducting research, reviewing client materials, and drafting expert witness reports for the consulting company’s expert witnesses and clients.
