HOUSTON – Bissinger, Oshman, Williams & Strasburger LLP name partners David Bissinger and Rick Oshman have earned repeat listings on the Lawdragon 500 Leading Real Estate Lawyers for 2025.

Mr. Bissinger was recognized for his commercial real estate litigation expertise. As lead trial counsel, he secured a seven-figure plaintiff verdict in a case involving a commercial lease dispute and has earned multiple favorable defense verdicts for sellers accused of fraud in so-called “as-is” transactions.
